Agency Sales And Posting (ASAP) provides an up-to-the-minute listing of
individual properties that are being sold at upcoming trustee sales. The "Automated
Sales Line" is available from approximately 5:00 am to 8:00 pm
daily by dialing 714-730-2727 (new number as of 6/23/08). The automated sales line allows 3 searches
per call. You must have the entire TS # when calling which includes the 4
letters proceeding the TS #. The system will prompt you with the following
instruction:

you are having trouble finding the Trustee file number that you are looking for,
(after you have clicked on Pending
Sales or Sales
Results) please try the
following:
Ensure that you are at the very top of the web page.
Press "CTRL" and "F" keys on your keyboard at the same time.
A "Find" box will pop up on your screen.
Type the NDSC File # (or TS Number) in the "Find" box.
You can only search for one File ID # at a time.
Click on "Find Now". If the File ID # is on the web page, it will highlight it for you (note: it may be behind the "Find" box).
Repeat these steps for each file you are
searching for.
