Please note that National Default Servicing Corporation does not provide foreclosure listings to prospective buyers and is not in the business of selling foreclosure properties. Foreclosure property information is of public record, and can be obtained directly from county recorder offices anywhere in the U.S.

Agency Sales And Posting (ASAP) provides an up-to-the-minute listing of individual properties that are being sold at upcoming trustee sales. The "Automated Sales Line" is available from approximately 5:00 am to 8:00 pm daily by dialing 714-730-2727 (new number as of 6/23/08). The automated sales line allows 3 searches per call. You must have the entire TS # when calling which includes the 4 letters proceeding the TS #. The system will prompt you with the following instruction:

• Replace letters with the * key
• Leave out dashes and slashes
• Hit the # key when finished

Please note: There is an element of risk when investing in foreclosure properties. It is recommended that any interested party obtain a title search and/or legal advise prior to bidding at the sale.

 If you are having trouble finding the Trustee file number that you are looking for,  (after you have clicked on Pending Sales or Sales Results) please try the following:

• Ensure that you are at the very top of the web page.

• Press "CTRL" and "F" keys on your keyboard at the same time.

• A "Find" box will pop up on your screen.

• Type the NDSC File # (or TS Number) in the "Find" box.

• You can only search for one File ID # at a time.

• Click on "Find Now". If the File ID # is on the web page, it will highlight it for you (note: it may be behind the "Find" box).

• Repeat these steps for each file you are searching for.

Note:  A Red X in the far right hand column means that the sale has been cancelled.
